Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Complete assigned tasks within the project scope accurately and efficiently
- Listen to and perform tasks as directed by your Foreman/Manager
- Participate in and carry out installation, repair, modification, optimization, testing and closeout procedures of wireless infrastructures
- Train Tower Technicians using industry standards and safety protocols. (OSHA, ANSI, NWSA, ASME, NEC, etc.)
- A good working knowledge of computer technology and customer software and must be able to take clear and accurate photos efficiently for closeout packages
- You are expected to know 'Day 1 s**t' -- inspections, inventories, maintenance, housekeeping in trucks and trailers
- Take pride in a punch-free site!
Requirements:
- Supply a portfolio of your work history as part of your interview process
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience
- Posses a valid NWSA Tech I Certification
- Must be able to lift/carry 70lb
- Must have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extended periods on feet
- Have basic math skills, speak, read, and write English
- Have a working knowledge of cell phones and computers, and experience in specialty equipment such as INRITSU, VIAVI, KAELUS
- Ability to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods of time, you have to be a badass to work in this market
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Acceptable Driving Record & a Driver's License
- Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when necessary
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Ability to work out of the state of Minnesota when necessary
