Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Construction Admin Specialist, specializing in either overhead or underground telecommunications projects, including as-builds, map editing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating the construction process from inception to completion, involving the creation, editing, and upkeep of construction maps, as-builds, and invoicing through tools such as Adobe PDF Editor, Microsoft Suite products.

This position has the opportunity to lead to further management responsibilities as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain construction maps, as-builds, and invoices utilizing Adobe PDF Editor and Excel.

• Secure all necessary permits and ensure construction compliance with local and state regulations.

• Review and approve project documentation, including invoices and change orders.

• Perform quality control checks on construction reporting to guarantee accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.

• Monitor project timelines and budgets, delivering regular updates to stakeholders.

• Oversee project close-out procedures, including the compilation of final as-builds and invoicing documentation.

• Coordinate payroll processes and systems in alignment with as-builds and field reporting.

• Undertake additional office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction administration, with a preference for those knowledgeable in telecommunications.

• Familiarity with overhead and underground construction and relevant regulations.

• Proficiency in Adobe PDF Editor and Excel is mandatory.

• Ability to interpret construction maps and blueprints is essential.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborative work across various teams.

• Competence in managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Knowledge of local and state construction regulations is preferred.
